Overview
Sometimes Website owners implement security certificates of their websites but miss to auto-redirect to a secure website. SSO bridges this gap and forces the browser to redirect to a secure site, automatically.
If the website owner has not implemented the security certificate then you may find the site broken. In such a case, you can add a site to a Whitelist. SSO will remember it in future and will not try to redirect to a secure site so you can have a smooth browsing experience.
Adding website to Whitelist
Simply browse the website. Click on the SSO extension icon in the extensions area. SSO will populate the website address to the input box, automatically. Now, click on the Add button and you are done!
Once a website is added to a Whitelist, SSO will show a success message with Open website link. Just click on it to go back to the original website address.
Removing website from Whitelist
Go to a website, you want to remove from Whitelist. Click on the SSO extension icon in the extensions area. SSO will populate the website address to the input box, automatically. Now, click on the Remove button and you are done!
What if the website is broken?
It might happen that your website might break because the website owner has not implemented a security certificate. Just browse a site and add it to a Whitelist.
